When you make a purchase from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, address, and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your device’s internet protocol address (IP address), which helps us learn about the browser and operating system you use.
Email marketing (if applicable): with your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates.
SMS marketing (if applicable): by entering your phone number when placing your order, you agree to receive text messages (order tracking and abandoned cart reminders), as well as promotional offers. We send no more than 1 text message per month. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP.
SECTION 2: CONSENT
How do we get your consent?
When you provide personal information to complete a transaction, verify your payment card, place an order, arrange a delivery, or return a purchase, we understand that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific purpose only.
If we ask for your personal information for any other reason, such as marketing, we will either ask you directly for your express consent or give you the opportunity to say no.
How do I withdraw my consent?
If, after giving us your consent, you change your mind and no longer want us to contact you, collect your information, or disclose it, you can let us know by emailing us at support@tryfennko.com.
SECTION 3: DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use.
SECTION 4: SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Shopify provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and general Shopify application. Your data is kept on a secure server protected by a firewall.
Payment:
If you make your purchase through a direct payment gateway, Shopify will store your payment card information. This data is encrypted in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is kept only as long as necessary to complete your order. Once your order is complete, the transaction data is deleted.
All direct payment gateways comply with the PCI-DSS standard, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of companies such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure that payment card information is handled securely by our store and its service providers.
For more information, please see Shopify’s Terms of Service or Privacy Policy.
SECTION 5: THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers we use will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies carefully so you understand how they will handle your personal information.
Please note that some providers may be located in, or have facilities in, a jurisdiction different from yours or ours. As a result, if you choose to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party provider, your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where that provider or its facilities are located. In some cases, those laws may allow the relevant authorities of that country to access your information.
Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.
If you provide us with your payment card information, it is encrypted using SSL security protocol and stored with AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we comply with all PCI-DSS requirements and apply additional generally accepted industry standards.
